These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elyme Arena and elyme.online, operated by Eduard Angelov, trading as Skedo Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By playing Elyme Arena or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Elyme Arena. By using the game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Access to Elyme Arena requires a Steam account. Your account is subject to Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

Violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban at our discretion.
Elyme Arena may offer virtual items (game currency, cosmetics, battle passes, boosts) for purchase through Steam. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Steam's refund policy.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside of the game. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
We do not offer loot boxes or random-reward purchases — all purchasable items are clearly described before purchase.
If you provide your email address, you consent to receiving game-related emails from Skedo Games, including release announcements, updates, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at skedogames@gmail.com.
All content in Elyme Arena — including artwork, characters, sounds, code, and design — is owned by Eduard Angelov, trading as Skedo Games and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create using in-game tools, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the game.
Elyme Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. During the playtest period, the game is in active development and may contain significant bugs or missing features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skedo Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Elyme Arena, including loss of game progress or virtual items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Elyme Arena at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the game at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify players of significant changes where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Skedo Games operates.
